Kelly M. Briley bought a six-bedroom, three-bath home at 1730 N. Talman Ave. in Logan Square from John O'Neil for $460,000 on Nov. 19.

O'Neil paid $143,000 for the property on May 2. The 2,646-square-foot home was built in 1892.

According to the Learn From Stories website, Briley is a producer and director based in San Francisco. She is a principal at Olive Tree Communications, a communication design firm that produces educational and corporate videos, multimedia and web sites.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 800 home sales in Logan Square during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $240,000.
