Sheenal C. Patel and Puja S. Patel bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1510 W. Byron St. in Wrigleyville from Aaron M. Larkin and Joy K. Larkin for $2.01 million on Nov. 25.

The Larkins paid $1.3 million for the property in August 2010. The 3,540-square-foot home in West Lakeview was built in 2007.

According to the Navnish Group website, Sheenal Patel is a co-founder and managing principal of the company, which owns, operates and manages full-service and focused-service hotels. He previously served as vice president of CharterMac. Prior to that, he was a financial analyst with CIBC World Markets.

He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 211 home sales in Wrigleyville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $432,500.
