Marketing firm VP grabs Ukrainian Village 3BD

Medium 684bbed6da1c284b5d5c3330eec4d5a7 Holly Meloy bought a three-bedroom, two-bath apartment at 901 N. Hermitage Ave. in Ukrainian Village from Daud J. Alwattar and Maria Desanzo for $500,000 on Nov. 22.

Alwattar and Desanzo paid $417,000 for the property in September 2009. Unit 1R is 1,470-square-foot in size. It is located in the East Ukrainian Village subdivision.

According to her public LinkedIn profile, Meloy is vice president and account director at Arc Worldwide, a provider of marketing solutions. She previously worked as a marketing manager at Redbox Automated Retail LLC. Prior to that, she was an account supervisor at Arc Worldwide. She also worked as an account supervisor at Draft FCB.

She has a B.S. in advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 120 condo sales in Ukrainian Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $350,000.
