Barrett Homes LLC paid $1.12 million on Jan. 2. The 1,710-square-foot home in Lakeview East was built in 1900.

According to her public LinkedIn profile, Baker is an assistant vice president of information technology at Equity Residential. She previously was a consultant at Accenture.

She attended Purdue University.
