The Koths paid $342,500 for the property in December 2003, the same year the 2,880-square-foot home in South Elgin West was built. It is located in the Robin Glen subdivision.

According to her public LinkedIn profile, Hui Lewandowski is a Mandarin interpreter at Language Line Services, a provider of language interpretation and translation services. She previously served as a fund accountant and an accounting operation team leader at Northern Trust.

She has an associate degree in business administration and management from Truman College and a B.S. in accounting and finance from Northeastern University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 448 home sales in South Elgin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $170,000.
