Business intelligence developer gets Lincoln Park condo

Medium d90f4fa712afc09aafbee85c78f961a9 Kenton L. Jenkins bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 2131 N. Clark St. in Lincoln Park from Gordon A. Fuqua and Paula B. Fuqua for $449,000 on Nov. 26.

The condo is part of The Greenhouse condo development, which was built in 1976.

According to her public LinkedIn profile, Jenkins is a business intelligence developer at Echo Global Logistics, a provider of technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management services. He previously worked at Single Source Inc. and at Meats Plus.

He holds a bachelor of computer information systems from North Park University and a master's degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also attended Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 770 condo sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $385,000.
