The 2,315-square-foot home was built in 1910.

Minyanou is the founder of Elite Imaging Discovery, a privately-owned and operated information systems company with offices in New York, Paris and Kampala, Uganda. He formed the company in 2004.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 257 sales in Williamsbridge/Olinville in 2008, with a median price of $432,600.
