Albert and Drusilla Belman bought a condo at 1 Montgomery Place in Park Slope from 1 Montgomery Place Associates, LLC for $1.825 million on Sept. 6, 2006.

Mr. Belman has worked as executive director at Morgan Stanley. He was an information technology associate for the New York investment bank in the mid-90s.

He graduated in 1989 from Cornell University College of Engineering.

Mrs. Belman (formerly Drusilla Mary Saal) has worked as marketing associate at Harry N. Abrams Publishers in New York.

She graduated from Wellesley College.

The Belmans were married in Oct. 1994.

1 Montgomery Place, which was built in 1920, is a three-story residential building at the corner of Montgomery Place and 8th Ave.
