The 3,951-square-foot home was built in 1910.

Kehoe is the head of exchange traded fund strategies at NewEdge USA.

He was the managing director of Bear Stearns prior to NewEdge.

He graduated from City Uiversity of New York-Baruch College-Zicklin School of Business.

Macksoud works with equity derivatives at Tullett Prebon, a company that provides inter-dealer broking services to the financial sector.

She previously worked at Bear Wagner as a specialist.

She attended New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

There were 97 sales in Dyker Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $600,000.
