Zoila Feldman bought a condo at 101 Lafayette Ave. in Fort Greene from Romon Yang and Eun Ae Yang for $645,000 on Jan. 20.

The Griffin, a 134,000-square-foot development was built in 1931.

Feldman is a board member of the Massachusetts Medicaid Policy Institute and executive director of Great Brook Valley Health Center in Massachusetts.

She previously was president of the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers.

There were 43 condo sales in Fort Greene in 2008, with a median sales price of $475,000.
