Thomas Fallati and Keniry Mary Margaret sold a home at 271 Stratford Road in Flatbush to Joy K. Sexton and Alan W. Sexton for $925,000 on Aug. 24.

Fallati and Keniry paid $985,000 for the property in November 2007. The 2,664-square-foot house was built in 1930.

Fallati has been an of counsel member at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.

He is a former federal prosecutor and a member of the white collar, internal investigations and corporate governance practice group. He also was an assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York from 2002 to 2005. He also was an adjunct instructor at Brooklyn Law School from 2003 to 2005.

He received his B.A. in political science from Union College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 136 home sales in Flatbush in 2008, with a median sales price of $286,000.
