Set, projections designer buys in Williamsburg

Medium 7bc6f2c224f60099684e5826274642c5 Peter Andrew Eric Nigrini and Nadide Asli Bulbul bought a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 101 Havemeyer St. in Brooklyn from James Thoms for $525,000 on Sept. 17.

Unit #3B is 814-square-foot in size. It is in the Williamsburg-North Side/South Side neighborhood.

Nigrini is a set and projections designer based in New York. He is a founding member of The Nature Theatre of Oklahoma, where he designed the poetics, A Ballet Brut, No Dice, Romeo and Juliet, and Rambo Solo, among others.

He earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.A. from the Central St. Martin's College of Art and Design's International Scenography Centre in London.

According to, there were 4,709 sales in Brooklyn in 2008, with median sales price of $448,000.
