Rapisarda paid $615,000 for the property in Dec. 2008. The home was built in 1930 in the Marine Park neighborhood.

Rapisarda is a holistic nutrition counselor at Natural Balance, a spa in Brooklyn.

A nurse by profession, she has worked in acute care settings at New York hospitals.

She has a B.S. in holistic nutrition and currently is working on her master's degree.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,709 sales in Brooklyn in 2008, with a median sales price of $448,000.
