Medium 1d31ba709e44afaf40e020b2bc9b59a7 Denise Ellen Brodey and Jeffrey L. Kessler sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 178 Eighth Ave. in Brooklyn to Susan Poletti and Richard Lefande for $2.4 million on Oct. 14.

He attended the University of Maryland.

Poletti is an architectural representative at Crossville Inc.

Previously, she was an architectural design coordinator for Crossville in New York.
