Writer sells Brooklyn townhome

Medium a35dc91048bb4abea198f3aed3e3b4ce Sharon Lintz and Joseph Dred Scott sold a four-bedroom, three-bath townhouse at 136 17th St. in Brooklyn to Toshiro Ogikubo and Emily Todras for $525,000 on Nov. 9.

The three-story, 2,310-square-foot house was built in 1910 in the Park Slope neighborhood.

Lintz is a Brooklyn-based writer. She has written for the New York Post and ComedyCentral.com, and also has contributed for Nerve.com.

She has also produced material for public radio.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,314 home sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $450,000.
