Architect acquires $1.05M 4BD home in Brooklyn

Medium b898f8bc03214271fc7ae7af962a07c0 Heidi Neumann Trombert, Ghislaine Merlery Trombert, and Martin H. Kapell bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 177 St. James Place in Brooklyn from Fred Sanders and Deirdre Poe Sanders for $1.05 million on Sept. 22.

The 2,304-square-foot house in Clinton Hill Historic District subdivision was built in 1899 in the Clinton Hill neighborhood.

Kapell is a principal of Thanhauser Esterson Kapell Architects.

Prior to this, he co-founded the architectural firm, Kapell and Kostow Architects.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,636 home sales in Brooklyn over the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $450,000.
