Vladimir Elzon, Sima Elzon and Larisa Elzon-Kaya sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 150 Oceana Drive West Unit #5F in Brighton Beach to Alexander Galitsky and Lucy Galitskaya for $720,000 on Oct. 21.

The Elzons paid $760,000 for the unit, which is part of the 150 Oceana Drive West condominium development, built in Dec. 2005.

Sima Elzon is a consultant at SEL Consulting in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 66 condo sales in Brighton Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $375,000.
