Senior account exec closes on Park Slope 1BD condo

Medium 10cad94cf113e72f66cc3254f99850f9 Peter C. Schnupp and Cassandra J. Cooke Schnupp sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 630 Union St. in Park Slope to Jacob Robinson for $370,000 on Oct. 29.

The Schnupps paid $330,000 for the property in Nov. 2006. The 575-square-foot Unit #2D is part of the 30 units at 630 Union St., a five-story, walk-up condominium development that was built in 1909 in Park Slope.

Mr. Schnupp is senior account director at TRAFFIQ, an end-to-end digital media planning, buying and management platform.

He formerly was account director at Initiative & Proximity and at Beyond Interactive. He also was an account supervisor at Ripple Effects Interactive.

He attended Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.

According to, there have been no condo sales in Park Slope during the past 12 months.
