Design firm founding president settles in Clinton Hill

Medium aed466e59c412202c924409745f92572 Pierre Bouguennec bought a home at 26 Monroe St. in Clinton Hill from Glendon Lionel Breedy for $410,000 on Nov. 10.

The 1,715-square-foot, two-story home was built in 1899.

Bouguennec is founder and president at Boum Design Inc.

He previously worked as project manager and designer with Aldo Andreoli. He also is one of the co-founders of "Hall," an organization that facilitates annual design exhibitions in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 90 home sales in Clinton Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $430,000.
