Financial planning, analysis exec sells Dumbo condo

Medium 5850fbb160e743bf071707a7e91b8494 William Bronzene, Rosemarie Bronzene, Dana Bronzene and Ryan Phair sold a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 85 Adams St. in Dumbo to Daniel and Mayura Skowronski for $635,000 on Aug. 5.

The Bronzenes paid $620,000 for the condo in April 2007. Unit #6B measures 847 square feet and is one of the 79 units in the 23 story Beacon Tower condo development, which was completed in 2005.

Mr. Bronzene is director of financial planning and analysis at Geller & Company, a New York-based provider of strategic financial advisory services.

He previously worked at Morgan Stanley, where he was vice president and controller of information technology, executive director and controller of finance, administration and operations, executive director of corporate treasury and executive director of strategic planning and analysis.

He received a B.S. in business administration from the State University of New York College at Oswego and an M.B.A. from Iona College.

According to, there have been 46 condo sales in Dumbo during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.1225 million.
