Termine has been the pastor at Most Precious Blood Church since 1968.

He previously was associate pastor at St. Michael and St. Edward Church, St. John Evangelist and St. Rocco, St. Mark, St. Blaise and St. Francis of Paola. He also was chaplain of Brooklyn Hospital, Cumberland Hospital, Raymond Street Jail, Lutheran Hospital, Methodist Hospital, Coney Island Hospital, T.B. Hospital in Manhattan Beach, Peck Memorial Hospital, Lefferts General Hospital and Midwood Hospital.

He received a B.A. from St. John's University and studied theology at the Immaculate Conception Seminary in Huntington.
