Robert and Sheila Zonenshein sold a 2,036-square-foot home at 1136 E. 31st St. in Midwood to Tzvi Stein, Devorah Stein and Hillel Stein for $550,000 on Oct. 27.

The home was built in 1915.

Mr. Zonenshein is a senior manager at BDO USA LLP, a New York-based professional services firm.

He previously held managerial positions at KPMG and Deloitte & Touche.

He received bachelor's degrees in accounting and economics from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.

The Zonensheins previously bought a home at 1210 E. 35th St. in Flatlands for $750,000 on June 22.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 113 home sales in Midwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $554,250.
