Peter J. O'Daly bought condo Unit #2C at 6902 Bay Ridge Ave. in Bay Ridge from John Richard Christy and Dyanna White for $370,000 on Nov. 2.

Christy and White paid $380,000 for the property in Aug. 2007. The property is part of the 48 Bay Ridge Ave. condo development.

O'Daly has been vice president of JPMorgan, a financial services firm headquartered in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 100 condo sales in Bay Ridge during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $252,000.
