Jun Aizaki bought a home at 116 Devoe St. in East Williamsburg from Richard A. Farney for $528,000 on Nov. 2.

The 2,500-square-foot house was built in 1901.

Aizaki is the founder and president of Creme, an architectural design company.

He has designed more than 15 restaurants for a great list of chefs in New York, Philadelphia and Seoul, South Korea. He started the company in 2005.

He attended the Pratt Institute.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 19 home sales in East Williamsburg during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $651,000.
