David L. Schliecker and Tahirih M. Sadrieh sold a home at 424 E. 18th St. in Flatbush to R. Jason Straight and Ann Madsen Straight for $955,000 on Nov. 23.

The property was previously acquired for $995,250 in July 2006. The 2,126-square-foot house was built in 1899.

Schliecker is the vice president of research at Scripps Networks, a broadcast firm. Previously, he was a research analyst at MTV Networks and Fox Broadcasting Company.

He received his B.A. in communication and psychology from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and received his M.S. in communication research from Cornell University.

Ms. Sadrieh is an attorney at law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 131 home sales in Flatbush during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $355,000.
