Morgan Stanley assoc. buys Brooklyn condo

Medium ed8c76ffe111582e109c44b3d9863fdf Hugh S. Tipping bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 110 Livingston St. in Brooklyn Heights from Charles T. Patterson for $620,000 on Nov. 12.

Patterson paid $560,000 for the property in April 2007. The 767-square-foot condo, Unit #10R, is one of the 300 condos in the 17-story condo development at 110 Livingston.

Tipping is an associate at Morgan Stanley, a financial services firm headquartered in New York City. He previously worked as a systems administrator at Bloomberg, CDC IXIS, Salomon Smith Barney and Investment Management Services.

He attended Queens College at the City University of New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 112 condo sales in Brooklyn Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $514,000.
