Jonah H. Peretti and Andrea Harner, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 142 Prospect Park West in Park Slope from Prudential Relocation Inc. for $1.425 million on Nov. 9.

The condo, Unit #4 is part of the 142 Prospect Park West development, which was built in 2002.

Peretti, an internet entrepreneur, is the founder of aggregator site BuzzFeed and the co-founder of the political news website Huffington Post. He is known as "viral marketing hotdog" by the New York Times. His viral media experiments include the Nike sweatshop email, BlackPeopleLoveUs.com, the New York City Rejection Line, and FundRace.org. He previously taught at New York University and the Parsons School of Design.

He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been four condo sales in Park Slope during the last 12 months.
