Lawyer buys 1BD condo in West Brooklyn

Medium 5b727f388ff08a29eed9c7ba50e866db Anton Papakhin and Eleonora Bravin bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 501 Surf Ave. in West Brooklyn from Mieczyslaw Kajdzik and Barbara Kajdzik for $380,000 on Dec. 14.

The condo, Unit 17D, is one of 734 units in the 24-story 501 Surf Ave. condominium development, built in 1964.

Papakhin is a paralegal for The Children's Advisory Group Inc., which provides educational services to children.

He earned his B.A. from Baruch College and his J.D. from Touro Law School.
