The condo, Unit 17D, is one of 734 units in the 24-story 501 Surf Ave. condominium development, built in 1964.
Papakhin is a paralegal for The Children's Advisory Group Inc., which provides educational services to children.
He earned his B.A. from Baruch College and his J.D. from Touro Law School.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 733 condo home sales in West Brighton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $425,880.
