Asset management exec drops Brooklyn condo

Medium cca99915b3cfce9a4c07dde8f7fcff48 Liliya Mirnik Leventant sold a condo at 2951 Ocean Ave. in Brooklyn to Olga Tesis, Dmitriy Furmanov, and Yevgeniya M. Furmanova for $260,000 on Oct. 1.

Unit #75 is in the six-story 2951 Ocean Ave. development, which has 75 units. It was built in 1957 in the Sheepshead Bay/Manhattan Beach neighborhood.

Leventant serves as vice president at Neuberger Investment Management, an independent asset management firm.

Formerly, she served as AVP at Lehman Brothers, senior consultant at Software Forces, LLC and developer at SetFocus.

She attended Pace University.
