Consulting firm owner sells Brooklyn condo

Medium 1ba33c0790c2b68f8a7d7eb632edfb80 Judy Vannais sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 515 E. 7 Street in Brooklyn to Amy Zolla and Seth Cohen for $385,000 on Oct. 13.

Vannais paid $362,500 for the property in Nov. 2008.

The 1,300-square-foot Unit #123 is part of the 515 E. 7th Street development, which was built in 1961 and houses 123 units in the six-story building.

Vannais is an interpretive planner and content developer and the owner at Judy Vannais Consulting.

She began her career as a staff designer at the exhibit design firms Vincent Ciulla Design and Chermayeff Geismar.

She received her M.A. in Irish studies from The Queen's University of Belfast and her B.F.A. in interior design from Syracuse University.
