Corrina Albright and Timothy Albright sold a condo at 570 Westminster Road in Flatbush to Theresa Cotruzzola for $305,000 on Nov. 1.

The Unit #186 is part of the six-story condo development at 570 Westminster Road, which was built in 1935.

Ms. Albright plays the viola for the Anthology Strings, a collective of New York City-based classical musicians. She has performed with Sufjan Stevens and Duncan Sheik.

She graduated from Eastman School of Music in Rochester.

Mr. Albright plays the trombone for The Argento Chamber Ensemble. He also tours regularly with alto saxophonist Steve Coleman.

He graduated from the Eastman School of Music in 1998 with degrees in classical and jazz performance.
