Wayne L. Chappelle and Diana E. Chappelle sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 622 Rexton Lane in Promontory Pointe-Heights to Gizem Gunhan on Nov. 4.

The Chappelles acquired the property in June 2007. The 2,654-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Promontory Pointe-Heights and is valued at $196,980.

Mr. Chappelle serves as a clinical psychologist at the United States Air Force.
