The Welches acquired the property from KB Home Lone Star LP in July 2001. The house, which was built in 2001, is valued at $225,130.

Mr. Rios has served as general manager at the Terrell office of Veka, Inc., a manufacturer of profiles for residential and commercial window and door systems for new construction, replacement, and remodeling projects.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,311 home sales in North Central during the past 12 months.
