Jason Radich acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 20002 Horizon Bluff in Stone Oak Parke from Thomas E. Zurheide on Nov. 2.

The 2,599-square-foot home, which was built in 1997, is valued at $182,530.

Zurheide has worked at AT&T, a Dallas-headquartered provider of fixed telephony and broadband and subscription television service. He retired from the company in 2008 as an assistant vice president.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 15 home sales in Stone Oak Parke during the past 12 months.
