Geologists sell North Central 3BD

Medium f974a0a60385e50c0a746ec1b9609e9b Michael B. Lichtenwalter and Jaclyn Venhaus sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1906 Longfield St. in North Central to Jose A. Hernandez on Nov. 19.

The 1,676-square-foot house is valued at $128,730 and was built in 1979.

Lichtenwalter works as a geologist at Lewis Energy Group, which operates as an integrated exploration and production company. Previously, he worked as a geo-tech at Trans Pacific Oil Corporation. He was also a graduate teaching assistant at Wichita State University.

He holds a B.A. degree in geology from Hanover College in 2005. He received his M.S. in geology from Wichita State University in 2008.

Venhaus also works as a geologist at Lewis Energy Group. Prior to that, she was a consultant geologist at American Energies for more than two years.

She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in geology from Wichita State University in 2005 and 2007, respectively.
