Mr. Logsdon is an operations and maintenance manager at Delphi, a global supplier of electronics and technologies.

He holds an M.S. in manufacturing management from Kettering University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,265 home sales in Amherst during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $155,000.
