Mr. Taylor is a life coach and director of Taylor Made Solutions, as well as a successful networker and business development manager. He formerly served as chair of the European Outdoor Training Network. He has also been a teacher who has worked in primary, secondary and tertiary education.

He holds an M.A. degree and a post graduate diploma in people management. He received his B.S. in biological sciences from the University of London, and completed a postgraduate certificate in education from The University of Wales, and a certificate in management studies from YMCA-George Williams College. He also attended the Institute of Biology, YMCA-England, Bristish Institute, Imperial College of Science and Technology, and YMCA-George Williams College.
