Matt Pestronk and Carrie Pestronk have listed for sale the three-bedroom, three-bath condo Unit #8W at 210 W. Washington Square in Center City East for $1.825 million.

The Pestronks acquired the property for $1.5 million in November 2007. The 2,193-square-foot condo in Society Hill Historic District subdivision was built in 1900.

Mr. Pestronk is a director at The Ackman Ziff Real Estate Group LLC.

He received his B.S. from Drexel University.

According to Blockshopper.com there were 207 condo sales in Center City East in 2008, with a median sales price of $318,450.
