Dr. Judd D. Flesch and Timothy S. Sabol bought a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at 604 S. Washington Square in Center City East from Ruth Rovner for $425,000 on Oct. 5.

Rovner paid $365,000 for the property in April 2003. The 1,065-square-foot Unit 816 was built in 1973 and is part of the Hopkinson House condominium development.

Dr. Flesch is the chief resident at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

He received his bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 198 condo sales in Center City East in 2008, with a median sales price of $315,000.
