Medium 6e1795ce77e17a6e40337bfdca84e501 Marc J. Weinstein and Stephanie Gleit Weinstein have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 508 Westview Ave. in West Mount Airy for $499,000.

Marilou Buffum of Eichler & Moffly Realtors is the listing agent. The Weinsteins bought the property for $585,000 on July 2007. The 2,682-square-foot Dutch colonial was built in 1925 just up the street from the Weavers Way Co-op.

Mr. Weinstein is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Ballard, where he practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, white collar defense and investigations, and consumer class action litigation.

He is a former assistant state attorney in the Office of the State Attorney of Miami-Dade County in Florida.

He received a B.A. (1995) and a J.D. (1998) from Temple University.

Ms. Weinstein works as art director at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia.

She previously was senior graphic designer at the Miami Science Center. She also did graphic design work for Page Design and LatinFinance magazine.

She received a B.F.A. in printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1993 and an M.F.A. from the Tyler School of Art at Temple University in 1996.
