Gary Blaszczyk bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 400 S. Broad St. in Center City West from Thomas J. Gangemi for $686,993 on Oct. 6.

Gangemi paid $880,000 for the property in Dec. 2007. The 1,390-square-foot Unit #2007 was built in 2007 and is part of the Symphony House condominium development.

Blaszczyk is the president of Blasz Construction in Pennsylvania, a union carpentry subcontractor.

He also is a board member of the Interior Finish Contractors Association.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 257 condo sales in Center City West during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $339,900.
