Neonatal nurse practitioner dishes Philadelphia 3BD

Reema and Nicholas E. Stonesifer sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1833 Carlton St. in Philadelphia to Joseph and Mary Montgomery for $295,000 on Dec. 4.

The Stonesifers paid $310,000 for the property in March 2005. The 1,176-square-foot house was built in 1850 in the Fairmount neighborhood.

Ms. Stonesifer is a neonatal nurse practitioner in the Pediatric House Physicians and Physician Assistants at Penn Medicine.

She previously worked for the S.T.A.B.L.E. Program at Community Neonatal Associates at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Md., and worked as a nurse practitioner in San Francisco, Calif.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 17,552 home sales in Philadelphia during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $108,150.
