Leila Fusfeld bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1932 Naudain St. in Center City West from Robert Gray Whitemore and Charlotte Elisse Haldeman for $455,000 on Oct. 7.

Whitemore and Haldeman paid $422,500 for the property in April 2007. The 1,250-square-foot house was built in 1920.

Fusfeld is an associate at Drinker Biddle and Reath LLP. She focuses on business and individual taxes and tax-exempt organizations.

She is the founder and editor-in-chief of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Animal Law and Ethics, the founder and co-chair of the Animal Law Clinic, and Pennsylvania chapter director of Friends of Animals.

She received her J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006 and her B.A. at Duke University in 2003.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35 home sales in Center City West during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
