Mr. Feith has been sales engineer at Feith Systems and Software Inc., which provides document management solutions and document imaging.

He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 338 sales in Center City West during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $366,875.
