Roos and Venuto paid $330,000 for the property in Sept. 2003. The 3,667-square-foot house was built in 1925.

Mrs. Hassan is an associate in the intellectual property department at Fox Rothschild LLP, where she concentrates corporate and intellectual property laws.

Prior to law practice, she served as lab manager and research assistant at The Wistar Institute, a cancer research facility.
She serves as a member of the board at Greater Expectations Teaching and Advocacy Center for Childhood Disabilities, Inc.

She earned her J.D. at Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law in 2006 and her B.S. in biochemistry at the University of Delaware in 2001.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 129 home sales in West Mount Airy during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $239,900.
