Medium 3279294d85cc50cf312e0a9c75bf2f85 Maxima A. Hui bought a condo at 224 W. Rittenhouse Square Unit #3015A in Philadelphia from Daniel A. Shapiro and Rebecca L. G. Shapiro for $888,000 on Nov 15.

The 528-square-foot unit is in Dorchester, a condominium built in 1970. It is in Center City West. It is located in the Rittenhouse-Fitler Historic District subdivision.

Hui is the founder of ACT Home Health Services, Inc. She has specialized in public, private accounting, auditing, banking and finance. She previously served as a senior financial analyst with Coopers and Lybrand.
