Francis X. Dochney and Marianne S. Charbonneau sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1837 Spruce St. in Philadelphia to Savant LLC for $905,000 on Dec. 3.

The 3,600-square-foot house was built in 1800 in the Rittenhouse-Fitler Historic District.

Dochney is a lawyer in Philadelphia who concentrates on tort and employment, insurance and contract litigation issues. In addition, he is also the co-owner of Just Dogs! Gourmet Philadelphia.

Charbonneau is the owner of Just Dogs! Gourmet Philadelphia, specializing in all-natural, human-grade ingredients treats and confections for canines, as well as providing leashes, collars, harnesses, toys, clothing and breed specific gift-ware. She previously was an account executive at the Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and was vice president of information services at the Hahnemann University Hospital.

She attended the State University of New York Empire State College.
