Andrew Gay sold a condo at 2401 Pennsylvania Ave. in Francisville to Violet Cornish for $925,000 on July 21.

Unit #1A1 is part of The Philadelphian condo development, which includes 776 units.

Gay is a criminal defense lawyer at the Gay, Chacker and Mittin law firm. He specializes in criminal law, personal injury and domestic relations.

He previously was the chair of the criminal justice section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, a member of the screening committee for court appointments for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, and a member of the Committee on Judicial Selection and Retention of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

He received his B.S. from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his LL.B from the Temple University School of Law.
