Anthony L. Montone and Nicole Hay Montone sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2226 Rider Lane in Macedon to Richard D. Lynch and Jacqueline A. Lynch for $210,000 on Aug. 30.

The 2,020-square-foot house was built in 2006. The Montones acquired the property in Aug. 2005.

Mr. Montone is vice president of sales and business development at Empire Packaging Co. He has held this position since 2005 after serving as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Barrier Park, Inc. Before Barrier Park, he also worked in the sales and marketing divisions of Perry Manufacturing Co., Voplex Corp., and Mobil Chemical Plastics.

Montone holds an M.B.A. from Syracuse University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 87 home sales in Macedon during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $122,500.
