Food retailer sells Glendale home

Medium c8993124599774ca5a7ae402a5405688 Frank Klun and Werner F. Klun sold a two-story house at 74-16 64th St. in Queens to Murat Hasicevic and Mirsada Hasicevic for $515,000 on Sept. 3.

The 1,690-square-foot house was built in 1965 in the Glendale neighborhood.

Frank Klun works at The Penn Traffic Company, a food retailer based in Syracuse. Prior to this, he served as support systems vice president at Eagle Food Centers, Inc. and distribution director at Riverside Markets.

Werner Klun is the president of the board of directors of Gottscheer Central Holding Corporation in Ridgewood.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 7,667 sales in Queens in 2008, with a median price of $435,000.
